A foundational two-in-one pattern keeps two balls cycling in one hand, building control for fountains and one-hand variations.

Juggling two balls in one hand is less a test of speed than of keeping a steady rhythm and separating the throw point from the catch point. Guide each ball along the same path: throw from one point and catch at another, rather than chasing inaccurate throws with your whole arm. Send the next throw cleanly and on time, leaving your palm free for the incoming ball. If the balls gradually collide or force you to speed up, the usual cause is a throw with changing height or too little height, not a slow catch. Practice short runs of equal length and stop before the path breaks down. This builds precise one-hand control for the Fountain and its one-handed variations.
