Throw sequence

⏳

In the reverse variation of Two in One, you reverse the basic path: throw each ball from the outside and catch it closer to the center of your body. Guide both balls along the same arc, and make the next throw early enough to leave your palm free for the ball coming inward. If the paths narrow into a vertical column, you are probably throwing too close to the center. If the balls drift too far to the side, reduce the sideways movement. Practice short runs of equal length with both hands, and stop before you start chasing the balls with your whole arm. The goal is to repeat the same release and catch positions without gradually speeding up.
