Two-in-One Columns tests whether you can alternate between two precise throw positions without letting the paths drift together. Let each ball rise and fall in its own vertical lane. As you practice, pay close attention to where each ball leaves your hand and where it returns. If your hand has to chase a catch, the problem usually began with the throw. Work in short, controlled runs, and stop before the spacing between the columns starts to break down. You will know the pattern is stable when the inner and outer paths stay separate and your hand moves between them at a steady rhythm, without making a last-second correction for an inaccurate throw.
