Throw sequence

⏳

It follows the same rhythm as the Single Cascade Toss, but this time both directions trace the same arc, sharing a peak in the middle. Each hand throws the ball from where it caught it. Watch the peak as the ball flies, not your hand. Do not aim for the widest possible arc. Check that the throw reaches the same height as a normal cascade throw and lands in a relaxed catching position without making you reach. Use mainly your forearm and wrist, keeping your shoulder relaxed; if your elbow moves sideways, the ball usually travels too far. Alternate right and left hands and compare whether both arcs occupy similar space. This makes the outside toss automatic for its later appearances in the Shower and Juggler’s Tennis.
