The Two-Ball Shower teaches you to combine two very different movements in one smooth rhythm: one ball travels in an outside arc, while the other moves between your hands in a quick handoff. Do not send the low pass in an arc; guide it straight into the ready hand. Practice continuous repetitions and pay particular attention to the moment of the handoff. If the movements become rushed or the circle gradually shifts sideways, the pass is usually late or too wide. Also reverse direction after a few repetitions, because each hand has to learn a different role. Aim for the same steady spacing between throws in both directions; this is the rhythm you will later use in the three-ball Shower.
